When will my package arrive?
Due to COVID-19, please allow a (maximum) of 14 business days for your package to arrive. This does include processing and shipping time.
My package has not arrived in the time frame provided.
Unfortunately, COVID-19 has affected shipping times depending on the area you reside in. Once shipped, we are NOT responsible for lost/stolen packages. Please contact your local post office for information on your package.
For safety precautions, we are not accepting returns at this time. If there are damages to your items, please email us within 48 hours of receiving so we can best accommodate you.
